Organizational changes in Esbensen A/S

Esbensen Consulting Engineers A/S experience a good and positive development. To relieve the director Torben Esbensen with a number of operational tasks, a new position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Copenhagen is established. The position is occupied by Peter Juhl Thorseng, M.Sc in Engineering, previously group manager for Energy, Sustainability and Indoor Environment.

Olaf Bruun Jørgensen, previous head of Copenhagen office, has wanted to focus more on the professional issues and challenges of the company and receive a new position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) responsible for the offices in Sønderborg, Aarhus, Copenhagen and Oslo. Olaf Bruun Jørgensen remains responsible for marketing and pre-qualifications in Copenhagen.

It is therefore appointed a new head of office in Copenhagen. It will also be Peter Juhl Thorseng, who will undertake the post in combination with the position of the company's chief operating officer.

Group Manager Niels-Ulrik Kofoed takes over the management of all engineers in the group for Energy, Sustainability and Indoor Climate in Copenhagen, as a result of Peter Juhl Thorsengs new tasks.

Henrik Sørensen continues as Director of Business Development for Esbensen A/S and as head of the Oslo office.

The above changes come into effect on the 1st of February 2012.
